The caster Amp trinket (shown, right) will proc for Mistweavers from their melee spells (Jab, Tiger Palm, Blackout Kick), Crackling Jade Lightning, Level 30. 2 is now upon us and brings with it a swathe of healer changes, new tier sets and the ability to wear two legendaries (your covenant legendary and one other).
